To receive a refund or exchange on an unworn Spendless product, the original tags and receipt must be included in the return package.

Return/Exchange items must be posted directly to our Support Centre in Australia at the customer’s expense.

A Refund/Exchange Form is required for all mailed returns. This form is available on our Returns & Exchanges page.
