If you return your ZIP PAY purchase in-store, the refund will be processed back to your ZIP PAY account.

Refunds generally take 3–5 business days to appear in your credit card account.
Online

If you cannot visit a store, you can return your item(s) to our Online Store at your own cost via registered mail.

Include a Returns Form attached below or located on our Returns page.

Please include your unworn shoes with tags attached, receipt and Returns Form.
