AFTERPAY REFUNDS

You can return your Afterpay purchase either in-store or to our Online Store.

In-store

• If you return your Afterpay purchase in-store, the refund will be processed back to the credit card linked to your Afterpay account.

• Refunds generally take 3–5 business days to appear in your credit card account.

• Your Afterpay instalments will continue to be deducted as normal, but you will have already received the full refund amount to cover these payments.

Online

• If you cannot visit a store, you can return your item(s) to our Online Store at your own cost via registered mail.

• Include a Returns Form attached below or located on our Returns page.

• Please include your unworn shoes with tags attached, receipt and Returns Form
