You can return your Afterpay purchase either in-store or to our Online Store.
In-store

If you return your Afterpay purchase in-store, the refund will be processed back to the credit card linked to your Afterpay account.

Refunds generally take 3–5 business days to appear in your credit card account.

Your Afterpay instalments will continue to be deducted as normal, but you will have already received the full refund amount to cover these payments.
Online

If you cannot visit a store, you can return your item(s) to our Online Store at your own cost via registered mail.

Include a Returns Form attached below or located on our Returns page.
