OUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY FOR ZIP PAY PAYMENTS

You can return your ZIP PAY purchase into any of our 220+ stores for an exchange or refund. Should you be unable to due to location you can mail it back to us (noting that postage back to us is not covered by Spendless). For all mailed exchanges and refunds, an exchange and refund form is available upon request via our contact form.
