Afterpay purchases can be exchanged via post or to a Spendless Shoes store. If you wish to refund please return via post. Please contact our customer care team for a Returns & Exchanges form. 

TO RETURN YOUR ITEM FOR A REFUND WITH AFTERPAY:

1. Jump onto our website and submit an Afterpay Returns Request through the contact form.
2. Ensure you include your order number and purchase details
3. We’ll contact you by email with everything you need to return your order for a refund
