In order to receive a refund or exchange on a Spendless product, you must mail the shoes back to our support centre. For all mailed exchanges and refunds, an exchange and refund form is available upon request via our contact form.
If you believe the shoes are faulty, the team in our support centre may need to examine the products in person. If so, you will be required to send them back to us. If they are deemed faulty by our team the customer will be reimbursed any postage fees that applied to return the shoes.
