    Greetings,

    I am extremely disappointed in the lack of response even when I follow your directions to the letter over a return of shoes because of balance.  I understand that there is pressure with Covid but 6 emails and no response is unacceptable.

    This makes me think that this website cannot be trusted to adhere to its own specified guidelines and therefore not a safe place to purchase from.

    I look forward to your response and a response to my 6th email.
