Alternatively, we will ensure your product arrives intact and undamaged by providing your shoes in our reusable 'shoe bag'. Please note: by choosing to have your shoes placed in a box you will incur a $2 non-refundable fee. Some styles require boxes due to their delicate nature and you will not be charged if this is the case.
